How about a Smorgasbord?
laid out on the dining
table, for part served, part self service
Italian style breads such as focaccia, ciabatta,
sun-dried tomato and olive breads
A selection of cheese such as stilton, cheddar, parmesan
and mozzarella plus some Parma ham, smoked salmon -
sliced, Various Salami, Sun-dried Tomatoes, grilled
wood mushrooms, hot Chorizo, grilled Pumpkin, marinaded
Garlic, pitted Olives selection, grilled Vegetables,
baby rosemary roast Potatoes, goat Cheese balls.
Also pesto sauce, x virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegar.
We would suggest providing 'side' plates,
knives & forks and cocktail sticks, as well as 'fingers'.
to aid service and a finger bowl and a good supply of
napkins
